At Greytrix, we are continuously enhancing our GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration to make business processes smoother, faster, and more efficient. As part of the Sage CRM – Sage 100 integration, we have introduced an Advanced Product Search option within the Quick Line Entry (QLE) screen. When users click the Advanced Product Search hyperlink, a popup window opens that displays a detailed product lookup directly from the Sage CRM database. This search screen provides a list of products with key details such as Product Code, Product Description, and Product Family. Users can also apply filters to quickly narrow down the list of products based on their requirements.
Once a product is selected from the list, it is automatically added back to the QLE screen, making it faster and easier to build accurate quotes or orders without leaving the workflow.
This feature streamlines the product selection process, enhances search flexibility, and improves overall efficiency in managing line items within Sage CRM.
