GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage Intacct is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customers and vendors data from Sage Intacct to Sage CRM and vice versa. Using this integration, users can access critical ERP data — such as sales invoices, orders, and item sales history directly within the Sage CRM.
In this blog we will highlight the new enhancements we have done in our latest version of GUMU for ERP inquiry pages within the Sage CRM. We have provided a consolidated view of GUMU tabs under the View ERP data screen against the Company of Sage Intacct type – Customer .
In this blog, we highlight the latest enhancements introduced in the newest version of GUMU, specifically for ERP inquiry pages in Sage CRM. We have implemented a consolidated View ERP Data screen that organizes all GUMU tabs under the Company record for Sage Intacct–type Customers.
Earlier, Sage Intacct sales orders, invoices, and historical sales data were displayed in separate standard table grids within Sage CRM. With the latest enhancement, this information is consolidated into a single View ERP Data screen, using advanced Kendo Grids and interactive charts to provide a more intuitive, visually rich, and user-friendly experience.
View ERP Data Tabs
The View ERP Data section includes the following tabs:
- A/R Invoices
- Sales Orders
- Sage Intacct Charts
The A/R Invoices and Sales Orders tabs display the same core data previously available under the A/R Inquiry and Order Inquiry tabs. However, these tabs now feature an enhanced layout along with additional functionalities that allow users to view and manage ERP data more efficiently.
Kendo Grid in AR invoices and Sales Orders:
The kendo grid used for displaying the AR invoices and Sales Orders offers powerful features that make data review more streamlined and precise. Users can:
- Sort and filter invoices or orders by date, document number, status, amount, and other columns
- View detailed invoice or order information in real time by clicking the View Details hyperlink
- Customize the grid by showing or hiding columns as required
- Export sales data to an Excel file using the Download button available at the bottom-right corner of the grid
This enhanced interface transforms how users interact with Sage Intacct data, making invoice and order review easier and highly productive within Sage CRM.
Additionally, users can also group data by one or more columns based on their reporting needs. Grouping can be easily applied in the Kendo Grid by dragging and dropping the desired columns into the grouping area at the top-left section of the grid, enabling more focused and targeted data analysis.
Sage Intacct Charts:
These enhancements to the GUMU tabs deliver a cleaner interface, improved data accessibility, and a more insightful way to analyze Sage Intacct customer data directly within Sage CRM.
