The standard Sage 300 integration with Sage CRM uses Sage 300 web screens for order creation. However, without relying on the Sage 300 web screens—we have an exciting solution: the GUMU™ Order Entry Add-On for Sage CRM – Sage 300.
This add-on sits on top of the standard integration and is specifically designed for order creation. It allows users to create orders in Sage CRM and seamlessly promote them to Sage 300.
How Advanced Product Search Works
When users click the Advanced Product Search hyperlink, a popup window appears, showing a detailed product lookup directly from the Sage CRM database. The search screen displays essential product details such as:
- Product Code
- Product Name
Users can also apply filters to quickly narrow down the list and find exactly what they need.
Once a product is selected, it is automatically added back to the QLE screen. This allows users to build accurate quotes and orders faster, without leaving their workflow.
