Sage CRM and Sage 300 ERP Integration Part-3

Hi everyone, in this blog article I will be explaining you few important steps with regards to Sage CRM and 300 ERP integration configuration. Well, sometimes while setting up the integration on client environment we face issues which are specifically related to access violation or improper rights given to Program folders.

Let’s see how to provide rights to Sage 300 ERP Program Folder.
1) Select Sage 300 ERP option from start menu
2) Right Click and select Properties option.
3) Verify installation folder path in Target field
4) Select install Sage 300 ERP folder from specific path e.g. D:\Program Files\ Sage
5) Right click and select Properties option.
6) Select Security Tab and click on Edit button.
7) Here, configure domain users such as IIS_USER, IUSR, Everyone user rights to Sage folder.
Sage Accpac Tomcat 6 and Sage Accpac .NET Remoting Service:
1) Go to Start | RUN
2) Enter Services.msc and click on ok button
3) Check whether Sage Accpac Tomcat 6 service is running or not. If not, then Start the same.
4) Check whether Sage Accpac .NET Remoting Service is started or not. If not then please click on Start button to start the same.
5) For both services you need to configure Startup Type as Automatic so that both the services can start automatically.
