In our latest release, we have introduced an enhanced user interface for folder-level user settings, making it easier and more effective for administrators to manage access rights for Sage CRM users.
What’s New?
The Folder-Level User Records grid has been upgraded to a Kendo Grid format. This brings a set of advanced functionalities to the user records list, allowing system administrators to configure, review, and analyze folder-level access rights more efficiently.
Administrators can continue assigning user access as before:
- Navigate to Administration → Sage X3 → Folder Level User Setting
- Click New
- Select the integrated folder name for each Sage CRM user
- Enable View and Write access for the corresponding GUMU™ screens
The Kendo Grid enhances this experience with advanced features for improved usability and control.

With the Kendo Grid, administrators gain additional tools that make managing folder-level permissions faster and more insightful:
- Sorting: Quickly sort user records in ascending or descending order to locate specific access rights
- Filtering: Filter user-specific records efficiently when multiple users are assigned to multiple ERP folders
- Arranging Grid Columns: Show or hide grid columns to focus on relevant information and reduce clutter
- View Details: Use the View Details hyperlink to quickly review and modify any user’s access rights
These enhancements provide greater visibility and control, making it easier for administrators to manage folder-level permissions in GUMU™ and make informed access decisions.
