In the latest release of GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration, we have introduced a enhancement focused on improving performance and usability on the Quick Line Entry (QLE) screen.

A new configuration option has been added that allows users to control the number of products displayed at a time on the QLE screen. This enhancement provides greater flexibility to balance performance and usability, especially for organizations working with large product catalogs.

How to Configure Product Display Limits

The number of products displayed on the QLE screen can be easily configured using Sage CRM’s translation settings:

  1. Navigate to Administration → Customization → Translations in Sage CRM
  2. Search for the caption code SNoOfProducts
  3. Update the caption value with the desired product count
  4. Save the changes

It is recommended to adjust this value based on your system performance and product data volume. For environments with large item lists, setting a lower number can significantly improve load time and overall responsiveness.
