When users open the Quick Line Entry (QLE) screen in Sage CRM, the system automatically retrieves the customer’s assigned pricing structure from Sage 300.
Based on the selected price list and customer price level, the applicable item-level discount is fetched in real time and instantly displayed against each product line. This ensures that pricing remains fully aligned with Sage 300 rules and policies without requiring manual updates in CRM.
Dynamic Discount Update on Price Level Changes
The QLE screen also supports dynamic pricing adjustments during order or quote creation.
If a user modifies the price level directly within the grid, the system immediately triggers a real-time request to Sage 300. The updated discount is recalculated and refreshed in Sage CRM instantly, ensuring users always see the correct price values before finalizing transactions.
