GUMU for Sage CRM and Sage 100 Integration Link is a real-time, bi-directional link that integrates Sage 100 and Sage CRM data. Users can view information for customers, invoices and orders from either of the systems. The link supports multiple company integration which means users can integrate multiple companies of Sage 100 with one instance of Sage CRM. Users can access Sage 100 data over the Web (Multiple Browsers) and Mobile (Android/iPhone) from Sage CRM using our GUMU™ Integration.
With GUMU™, our focus has always been on creating tools that simplify complex processes and give businesses the insights our Clients need to make smarter decisions. One of the recent enhancements we delivered is the Custom Quote Items Screen in Sage CRM —developed as part of our Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration.
Recently, one of our clients asked for a consolidated view of all quoted items in a single grid. The goal was to quickly review the sales history of quoted products across different Product families. With this visibility, their team could easily see how products were quoted in the past, identify items with strong customer demand, and track which product families were gaining momentum. Most importantly, it empowered their sales team to plan future strategies with smarter, data-driven decisions.
With this requirement in mind, we built a custom Quote Items screen under the global Find context in Sage CRM. It provides a centralized, real-time view of all quoted items across the Sage 100 integrated company codes. (See image below.)

This custom screen brings all your quoted items together in one place. Instead of jumping between different opportunities or reports, sales teams can now see everything in a clean, easy-to-use grid view. The layout shows both past and ongoing opportunities with key details like Quote Date, Product Code, Product Name, Product Family, Quantity Ordered, and Quoted Price Sum—right at a glance.
To make things even smoother, both Quote Numbers and Opportunities are clickable, so users can instantly dive into the full details without opening multiple screens.
We’ve also added a handy filter panel, letting teams quickly narrow down data by product family, company code, or product code. This means less time searching and more time focusing on insights that drive smarter decisions.
