This enhancement helps users instantly review all product line items added to Orders in CRM, without having to drill into each individual order.
What’s Included in This Custom Functionality?
A new custom “Order Items” tab has been provided within the Find menu in Sage CRM.
It displays a consolidated list of line items from Orders created through Sage CRM using the GUMU™ Order Entry module — enabling users to easily track what has been ordered, by whom, and when.
