Active Quotes Under Find Context in Sage CRM

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 application is a real time bi-directional integration link. One of its exclusive features is that it is a customizable link and we can customize GUMU to suite your company business process.

In Sage CRM, quick access to open and active quotes is critical for sales teams to respond faster and manage opportunities more efficiently. One of our customers recently requested a way to view all active quotes from a single, centralized location without navigating through multiple screens or running repetitive searches.

To meet this requirement, we implemented a customization that enhances quote visibility and improves day-to-day usability within Sage CRM.

Customer Requirement

The customer wanted:

  • A centralized view of all active quotes
  • Easy filtering based on company and product details
  • A user-friendly interface that integrates seamlessly with the existing Sage CRM layout

Solution Implemented

To address these needs, we added a custom tab called “Active Quotes” under the Find context in Sage CRM.
This tab displays all open quote records with an Active status using a Kendo Grid interface. The result is a clean, structured, and easy-to-navigate view that allows users to quickly access important quote information.

Active Quotes Tab

The new Active Quotes tab provides instant access to all currently active quote records directly from the Find context. This eliminates the need for repeated searches and manual filtering.

Advanced Filtering Options

An advanced filter panel has been added at the top of the grid, allowing users to narrow down results based on company and product-related information. This makes it easier to locate specific quotes even when working with large volumes of data.

Clear Filter Option

A Clear button is included to remove all applied filters in one click. This allows users to quickly reset the grid and perform new searches without manually clearing individual fields.
