Progressed workflow by Mistake? Want to go back to the Previous Stage?
Standard SageCRM functionality does not allow us to go back to the previous stage of the workflow once proceeded.
We have designed an out of box functionality that will add a new stage in workflow and by clicking on that; user can go back to the previous stage of the workflow.
