Disabling Workflow for an Entity

For major primary entities in Sage CRM such as Cases, Solutions, Opportunities, Leads, Campaigns, Companies, People we can create workflow in SageCRM. Workflow is the way of schematically progressing the work on any entity.
In this blog, I will explain how we can disable the entire Workflow itself for any entity. Follow the below steps to achieve the same:
1.Login to CRM
2.Go to Administration | Advanced Customization | Workflow and Escalation Configuration


3.Click on the Change button on Workflow/Escalation panel to make it in editable mode.


4.Set the value as ‘NO’ for the entities whose workflow you want to disable.
5.Click on Save button


No workflow is displayed for the case highlighted in the context area as shown in the below screen shot.
