Once GUMU™ integration is installed, Sage CRM system administrator needs to decide which Sage CRM users will have access to GUMU™ integration.
For example, if you have purchased total 5 GUMU™ user licenses from Greytrix for GUMU™ integration then you will have to enable those 5 users by following below steps,
In Sage CRM Administration -> Users -> select the user for which you want to give an access to GUMU™ Integration link.
Check the GUMU Sage Intacct Access checkbox as mentioned in below screen.
- This will enable particular user access to GUMU™ integration.
If the checkbox is unchecked for any Sage CRM user then that user will not have an access to GUMU™ Integration functionality. The user will get a warning message as shown in below screenshot.
