Faster Vendor Payments Just Got Easier in Sage Intacct

Vendor payments are now even more seamless thanks to Sage Intacct new release R3 2025. You can now save time and clicks by paying bills straight from the Vendors list without ever leaving the page.

Each vendor in the Vendors list now has a new “Pay” option next to them (if you have permission to pay bills).

All of the open bills for that vendor are displayed in the Pay bills window that opens when you click Pay.

  1. All vendors, irrespective of balance or state, have the Pay option.
  2. Operates at both entity-level and top-level perspectives.
  3. Some bills might still require payment through the conventional Pay Bills page (details in Help Center).

  3. Increased productivity for teams handling accounts payable (AP).
  4. Full audit tracking — all payments are recorded in the Posted Payments audit trail.

When you click Pay, Intacct opens the Pay Bills page showing open bills for that vendor.
Any default advanced filters in Pay Bills are automatically applied.
Bills are shown in the currency of your default bank account (or base currency if no default bank is set).

  1. Vendors: List, View
  2. Pay bills: Run

This update makes paying vendors more intuitive, letting you handle AP workflows right where you work most — the Vendors list.

Conclusion:

The new Pay option in the Vendors list makes handling payments in Sage Intacct faster and easier. Instead of jumping between screens, you can now pay vendors directly from the list view — saving time and cutting down on extra clicks.
