In this blog, we are going to discuss about the broadcast feature of the Sage 100 ERP system. It gives administrator a tool though which he can send messages to all the logged in users. Sage 100 Administrator can makes sure if all the users have received the message or not with the help of Master Console. In the master console, all the user activities are store such as whether the message was sent, not sent, or read.

Let’s see how the administrator can broadcast and verify if the message has been received by the users –
- Login to Sage 100 with the administrative credentials.
- Select Library Master Main menu > Master Console. Click Broadcast.
- Select File menu > Master Console. Click Broadcast.
- On the Toolbar, click the Master Console button. Click Broadcast.
- Click the Send Message button to send the note to all the logged in users.
With such simple steps administrator can communicate with the logged in users.
