GUMU™ SAGE ERP Integration for Salesforce (Sage X3, Sage 100 and Sage 300) is a real-time bi-directional link which syncs data from Salesforce to Sage 100 and vice versa. Here, in this blog, we will discuss how to view & promote Address as default ship to/Primary from Salesforce to Sage ERP 100.
The following steps will allow users to view and promote address as default shipping from Salesforce to Sage 100 Integration in the new GUMU™ Lightning Component interface.
- Login to Salesforce.
- Navigate to Setup and select “GUMU™ Integration” from App launcher.
- Click on the “Accounts” tab. Select the account for which you want to promote address as default (the account for which you want to promote the address should be linked/promoted to Sage 100 already).
- Navigate by clicking on default shipping address button and fill the necessary details.
- After clicking the default ship Address button user is navigated to a window where the details of the shipping address are auto-populated since they were added when the account was created.
- Users can select “Yes” and set the default ship-to address and click on save and promote button.
The corresponding address is promoted to Sage 100. Kindly refer to the below image.
