In this blog, we will show-case how the newly introduced Salesforce – Sage ERP synch option will help users in synching additional field values from Salesforce object to corresponding Sage 100 ERP module.
For Instance, you want to enable real-time update of Credit Limit field for the Integrated Account from Salesforce to Sage 100 ERP Customer. Follow these easy steps to execute the above:
- Navigate to the GUMU™ Settings Page and click on the Entity Mapping/Import Option
- Click onto the Import Routine specific for Customers. Navigate to the Details tab and click on SF to ERP Option.
- Click on the Edit button and then click on the Refresh Fields; add the mapping for Credit Limit field in Salesforce Account object with the corresponding credit-limit field in Sage ERP Customer module. Once the mapping is done click on Save button to save the changes.
Through this mapping, users can now update the credit limit value of a particular Account from Salesforce to Sage 100 ERP system on a real-time basis. For example, enter the credit limit value for the Account “American Business Futures” in Salesforce; the changes are automatically reflected back on the Sage 100 ERP Customer screen for the selected Customer.
