Are you willing to set the communications scheduling or Status of desired communications?
Solution:
We can add a new tab Under MYCRM named as “Update Communications”. This tab will show List of Communications. Also, we can provide a filter screen to list out the desired communication to be updated.
We will provide an Update Communication button under the filter screen. While clicking on Update Communication button we can set the Schedule of communication or set the status to change from pending to Complete. See above screenshot for your reference.
