This is regarding functionality for Sales Forecast.
In current scenario If I login CRM as Susan Mayes and then goto My CRM -> Forecast, I see My Direct Report Forecasts. But when I click on one of them say Brian Little and then enter Manager Assessment, all the assessments for Commit, Likely and Best Case is saved BUT the quota becomes 0. Even adding it manually does not store the quota.
Are you also facing the same problem at your end?
We have solved it.
By writing some intelligent script and triggers we succeeded to maintain the values on screen as well as in database table also.
