You can see the Export To Word button on the Quote Summary Screen. Clicking this button you can select the template for the mail merge and move ahead with merging the Quote Line Items in the word document. Suppose, you dont want the word document being generated here and you want PDF document instead then here is our component named Export To PDF which does the same.
Installing this component will display a button named Export to PDF on the Quote Summary Screen (please refer the screenshot below). Clicking this button will genrate the PDF document instead of the word document as explained in the case above.
We just need to create an Email template with the desired structure in the Email templates section of Sage CRM. After clicking the Export To PDF button as shown above will open the screen which will allow us to select an email template that we have created for this specific purpose.
Selecting the template and clicking on Continue button will merge all the required Quote Line Items value from the Quote Summary Screen and generate the PDF for the same.
