First Look Sage SalesLogix integration with Sage MAS 90

After integrating Sage 100 (Formerly Sage MAS 90/200) with Sage CRM and SageACT with real-time, bi-directional & Multi-company support. We are now integrating Sage 100 with Sage SalesLogix CRM. We been receiving inquires regarding this integration from many partners since long and thanks for the wonderful feedback and suggestions to make this come true. This is a first look of this integration before we complete its development and pack for release. We now integrate Sage 100 (MAS 90/200) ERP with all Sage’s CRM systems.
So what’s special about GUMU™ in picture, the GUMU™ framework will now support Sage SDATA. This will be our first integration that will exchange data using SDATA between these two solutions on a real-time basis, by which the data would be processed bi-directionally from Sage SalesLogix to Sage 100 (MAS 90/200) ERP and vice-a-versa. To add over it, users would be allowed to view information such as AR Details, Sales Summary Details and much more from Sage 100 ERP in Sage SalesLogix in real time.
Let’s have a look at some of the key features :
Multiple Company Integration : This has been one of the most loved features in our Integrations (GUMU for Sage CRM integration with Sage 100 ERP, Sage Pro ERP, etc) so we have made sure to provide the same in the SalesLogix to Sage 100 ERP where you can integrate more than 1 company of Sage 100 ERP with a single instance of Sage SalesLogix CRM.

Synchronize customer/Supplier and dropdowns : User can Link/synchronize Customer, Supplier, Products, Price Lists, People and Addresses etc, into Sage 100 (MAS 90/200) ERP from within Sage SalesLogix CRM and vice-a versa.

View Real Time Information : With the use of our GUMU™ integration user can view Real Time information for Address/Contacts, Credit Information, Tax Information, Bank Information, Orders, customers etc. from Sage 100 (MAS 90/200). in their SalesLogix system  Also,  Financial transactions like Orders and Invoices generated for customers from Sage SalesLogix Screen.

Promote Customers and Orders : Using features of Sage SalesLogix, users can now create a Orders & Customers and  promote the same into Sage 100 ERP on a real time bases. User would also be able to view the details of sales information i.e. Open and Closed Orders, Current invoices etc of Sage 100 ERP from within the Sage SalesLogix.

Orders in SalesLogix are created using Sage 100 ERP pricing, discounts, quantity discounts etc. GUMU™ integration takes care of the product pricing by fetching the latest product pricing from Sage 100 ERP every time a product is selected. Hence the user always creates an order based on the latest pricing in Sage 100 ERP. Integration also auto calculates the tax on each line item based on the warehouse location, quantity, UOM etc of the item. Order from Sage SalesLogix is posted in Sage100 ERP using the Sage SalesLogix order entry screen. Order number is generated from Sage 100 ERP which is further updated in Sage SalesLogix on successful posting of the order in Sage 100 ERP in real time basis. Thus, both the systems are updated without the need for double entry into either of the systems.
