As a practice we always right click on the buttons in Main Menu and go to required item. For e.g if we want to find a customer, we can right click on Find button and select Customer.
Now suppose we are implementing CRM for call center where every click is the cost. We can avoid right clicking the menu item and popup the menu just by hovering over the option. The best thing is this can be done using a standard setting available out of box. Below is how you can change the behavior.
1. Login into Sage CRM.
2. Go To Main Menu || My CRM || Preference
3. Click on Change button
4. Select Hover option from Pop up List activation by field
5. Click on Save button
