Error Logs in Sage CRM – Sage 500 GUMU Integration

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 500 application is a real time bi-directional integration link. Using GUMU™ integration, you can integrate front and back office data. User can promote Sage CRM Company, promote sales order from Sage CRM to Sage 500. In addition to this, all the information for Sage 500 customer flows between Sage CRM – Sage 500 on real time depending on your configured settings option in GUMU™ configuration.

New Stuff: Sales Order (SO) Flow in Sage 500 ERP

If under certain cases, due to some issue, data is not synced between Sage CRM and Sage 500, then GUMU generates logs for further information in order to identify the actual cause. These logs are generated at different locations on our system on the basis of integration processes which we will be discussing today in this blog.
At Sage 500 server:
From Sage 500 server, user can Create/update customer from Sage 500 to Sage CRM on real time basis. While creating/updating records from Sage 500 to sage CRM, logs for above process are generated in below folder of Sage 500 installation directory.
Repdata\GUMU
At Sage CRM server:
From Sage CRM server, user can perform below tasks,
a. Promote Customer
b. Promote Order
c. Real time Sage CRM to Sage 500 changes
For above 3 processes GUMU creates logs at the below path of GUMU installation directory assuming GUMU is installed in C:\ drive.
C:\ Program Files (x86)\Greytrix\GUMU for Sage CRM Server\
d. Import Customer
e. Promote product
For above Import processes Logs are generated in below folder of Sage 500 installation directory.
