GUMU™ Order Entry Add-On for Sage CRM – Sage 300 Enhanced with QLE Screen

The default Sage CRM Sage 300 GUMU integration uses Sage 300 web screens to create orders. However, many users prefer handling the entire order process inside Sage CRM itself. Switching to Sage 300 screens can feel rigid and slows things down.

Therefore, we introduced the GUMU™ Order Entry Add-On. With this enhancement, users can create orders directly in Sage CRM and promote them into Sage 300. They can also import Sage 300 products into CRM, ensuring accurate product and pricing data every time.

Recently, we have made this process even faster. We added a new Quick Line Entry (QLE) screen to simplify how users add products to quotes and orders.

What Is QLE?

QLE is a fast and intuitive way to add several product line items at once. As a result, sales teams spend less time jumping between screens and more time completing orders.
