With this release, the Order and Quote tabs are now available not only within the Company context but also under the Person (Contact) context in Sage CRM — delivering greater data accessibility and an improved user experience.
The new version of GUMU™ introduces an expanded data visibility model, allowing users to:
- Access Orders and Quotes directly from both the Company and Person record screens.
- View and analyze sales transactions related specifically to a contact, rather than only at the company level.
Lets consider a scenario where a Sage CRM user is following up with John Doe, a purchasing contact at Acme Corporation, who previously requested a quotation for new equipment.
In earlier versions of GUMU™, the Sage CRM user had to open the Acme Corporation Company record navigate to the specific Opportunity to view all associated quotes and orders.
Now, with GUMU™ 5.6.0.4, the representative can directly open John Doe’s Person record and instantly view all related transactions through the new Order and Quote tabs.
This allows for a faster, more focused interaction — the representative can quickly reference John’s quote details, check order statuses, and proceed with updates or follow-ups without changing screens.
It enhances both productivity and the customer experience by ensuring every detail is easily accessible from the point of contact.

By providing Order and Quote visibility within both Company and Person contexts, GUMU™ ensures that relevant information is always within reach, and the Sage CRM Users can review past quotes, order history from a Company or its Contact record.
