A Cash Receipts Journal Report is a financial document that tracks all incoming cash payments to a business over a specified period. In Sage Intacct ERP, this report offers a comprehensive summary of all cash receipts, detailing the date, amount, payer, and the reason for the payment. The information is derived from the Cash Receipts Journal, which records all payments that increase the cash balance in your company’s general ledger.

The Cash Receipts Journal report can be printed by selecting the CRJ journal from the dropdown and by providing the necessary filter parameters given below.
- From and To Date
- From and To GL Batch
When the user clicks the “View” button, a table will show all the data for the chosen time period, including the selected “From” and “To” GL Batch and the same can be exported in excel file on clicking the export button.
Following fields from CRJ symbol Transaction screen are included in this report and the report can be modified according to user’s requirement.
