Maintain Companies in Sage 500

Maintain Companies option is used to set up and maintain one or more companies and to select the modules that each company uses. User can enter company information such as the address, the primary contact at the company, and the state and federal tax ID numbers.

User can create multiple companies in the same sage 500 database. Also user can activate the module as per company wise.

This navigation option: Select System Manager Maintenance menu > Maintain Companies.

On click to activate modules.

User can Activate Modules to select all the modules to use for the company. If you install a new module, select companies individually in Maintain Companies, and then activate the new module in each company.

Once you activate the module for a company, it cannot deactivated without deleting the entire company and all its transactions.

By referring Above steps you can install document attachment for sage 300c version 2020.
