This synchronization process ensures that Sales Person records created in Sage 100 are automatically accurately reproduced within Dynamics CRM.
Dynamics CRM users would be able to map the Salesperson codes to the relevant MS Dynamics Users; as a result, synched accounts would have the mapped Salespersons from Sage 100 assigned as their respective Account owners.
