Automate CRM-ERP Sync: Scheduling in GUMU™

Today, we’ll explore the functionality of scheduling the process within GUMU™ for the automatic execution of Sales Orders data from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Sage 100.

What is Schedule?

You can establish schedules by specifying a particular time. Once the schedule is set, the process will automatically run at the designated time, eliminating the need for manual execution.

GUMU™ have four types of schedules.

  • DAILY (Once): Selecting this option signifies that the process will run daily at the specified time automatically.
  • DAILY (Every): This schedule operates daily, and you can establish the frequency by selecting specific hours and minutes. Additionally, set the start and end times based on this interval to determine when your schedule will run.
  • WEEKLY: This schedule will run on a weekly basis. Select a day from the options provided above to set the schedule, and then choose the specific occurrence time for the schedule to run. You also have the option to select multiple days from the ones provided above.
  • MONTHLY: This schedule functions monthly. Input the day of the month and specify the desired time for the schedule to run. Then, click on the submit button.

How to set the schedules?

  • Go to the Integration page.
  • Select the Schedule icon for the process to which you wish to set a schedule.

Once the schedules are configured in GUMU™, users can view them on the Schedules tab.
