GUMU™ connector for Salesforce with Sage X3 ERP is a real-time bi-directional integration solution that allows you to integrate your Salesforce & Sage X3 ERP. On the successful integration of Salesforce – Sage X3 ERP using the GUMU™ connector, all the information of entity fields that you integrate will flow in real-time. This includes Customer financials, Invoices, Historical Sales Orders, Quotes and Shipments. After successful installation of the package in the organization and importing Customers from Sage X3 ERP to Salesforce, follow the steps cited below to view real-time ERP details.
-> Open an Account in Salesforce which is imported from Sage X3. An imported Customer will have a Customer number field which is a link to view the details of the Customer.
-> Click on ERP Details button/ Customer No. link.
Clicking on the ERP Details button/ Customer No. link will navigate your screen to a page displaying the real-time ERP details of the Customer.
By default, the page displayed is the Customer details. The screen also provides you with various tabs for viewing additional details for Quote, Orders and Invoices.
BP Inquiry: Displays real-time details of the BP Invoices created for the Customer.
Sales Order: Displays real-time details of the Sales order created for the corresponding Customer along with its line items.
Quote Inquiry: Displays real-time details of Quotes created for the Customer.
Shipment: Displays real-time details of the deliveries made for the Customer.
You can click on the corresponding tab to view the relevant ERP details.
