Discover the latest enhancement in GUMU™ for Salesforce — the New ERP Product button, now available on the standard Order object. How to use the New ERP Product Quick Action
Follow these steps to enable and utilize the New ERP Product button within the Order object in Salesforce:
1. Log in and navigate to GUMU™ Integration
- Log in to your Salesforce Org.
- Open the GUMU™ Integration app.
- Click on the Orders tab.
2. Add the New ERP Product Button to the Layout
If you do not see the New ERP Product button:
- Go to Setup → Edit Object to customize the layout.
- Click on Page Layouts → Order Layouts.
- Locate the New ERP Product button, drag it onto the layout, and click Save.

3. Access the New ERP Product Screen
- Navigate back to the Order record.
- Click the New ERP Product button.

- On your first attempt, you will be prompted to select a price book.
4. Add Order Line Items
- After selecting the appropriate price book, you can begin adding products:
- Choose the Product Code.
- Enter the required product details (such as quantity and pricing).


Review and Manage Order Line Items
Once the products are added, they will be visible in the Order Products section of the Order record, where you can easily review, edit, or finalize the order details.
