How do I book a Purchase when I don’t have Inventory module?

In my day-to-day life I found a case when shops need to Purchase the Inventory though they are not having the Inventory module within the ERP system.

I wondered if this can be the situation with me and I need to book a purchase but without the Inventory module. This made me to check this option in Accpac, and as per my wish I got the same, which I am very excited to share with everyone using Sage 300 ERP.

You can go for the option in Po Setup/ Processing Tab which says “Allow Non Inventory options =’ON’”. This will allow the users to purchase any inventory without the Inventory module.
Whenever the PO Purchase and Receipt/Invoicing is done without the inventory module, the Invoice created will hit the Miscellaneous General Ledger Account .
