Summary screen shows details: 

The Trip Summary screen provides a quick overview of all items and customer orders included in a specific delivery trip. It is typically used by warehouse Team, dispatchers, and logistics managers to review the order list before generating delivery documents or picklists. With this screen users can: Instantly check the total quantity of items to be shipped. Detailed information of the customer Print a ready-to-use trip report for dispatch operations.

Key Functional Areas of this screen:

  1. Inch Size & Quantity Overview At the top of the screen, the Inch Size Summary table gives a categorized view of total quantities based on product size or dimension grouping.
  2. Customer Order Details Section The next section — Customer Order Details — provides a breakdown of every order included in the trip such as : This detailed view ensures that pickers and packers can quickly verify each order and avoid shipping errors.

Functional buttons of this screen: 

At the bottom of he screen two buttons are present

  1. Clear Summary- Resets the current trip data so the user can refresh or select new orders for another delivery run.
  2. Print Summary: Generates a clean, printable document containing the trip’s itemized order list — ideal for handover to delivery staff or for record-keeping.
