As of now we all are aware that Sage CRM provides every possible way in managing the details related to customer. But what if we need these details to be updated on frequent basis ; do we need to perform it manually? Sage CRM comes with a functionality which performs this task with an ease. Consider a scenario in CRM, where the senior management needs to be updated on the entities such as Communication, Cases etc. assigned to their team mates or a Call center organization where the communications needed to be updated on frequent basis for the employees to handle the customer queries. Sage CRM 7.1 SP2 comes with the options in system behavior to manage the refresh interval for Communication, Opportunity and Case. The same can be achieved through below steps:
1.Login to CRM
2.Administration | System | System Behavior
3.On System Behavior panel, click on change button.
4.Enter the value in seconds for refresh interval field. E.g. Opportunity refresh interval field.
5.Click on save button.
On saving the settings you can check the opportunity tab in My CRM; it will get auto refreshed in every 2 seconds.
