Opportunity Funnel in Sage CRM 2014 R2

For any sales person, it’s always convenient that there should be something which will let him know how much potential business he has in his bucket. Along with many more enhancements, Sage CRM 2014 R2 provides an Opportunity Funnel which has an interactive feature which lets the sales person know about possible opportunities for business.

If user is not able to view opportunity funnel in My CRM Mode then same can be enabled by following steps.
1. Login to “CRM”
2. Go to “Preferences

3. Then check the option selected under “Show Opportunities Funnel” field. If value is “No” then change it to “Yes” and save.
4.Click on “Opportunity” tab as shown below.

As we have enabled opportunity funnel, user will be able to view opportunity funnel as shown in below screenshot. Here sales person can view his opportunity funnel. User can filter this based on Stage, Status etc.

As you can see a funnel gets displayed having three layers based on stages along with its forecast value.
To view the same information in form of Horizontal Bar chart, just click the highlighted button adjacent to the opportunity list. Result will be as shown in the below screenshot.
