Notes tab in Sage CRM allows you to add notes to Leads, Companies, Persons and Opportunities. It is an easy way to store and share important information that user can view in record. It acts as a free text area about the record for which all user has access to view it.
Notes tab shows records inserted by all the users against company. If you want to see notes added by particular user, then you can use the filter screen to select the user and filter the records.
New Stuff: Changing TAB Group theme in CRM
Company Notes tab show notes added at company level as well at person level. If you want that Company Notes tab should show notes added at company level only, then this can be achieved by a changing a setting in System Behavior. Follow below steps to do so.
1. Login to Sage CRM.
2. Go to Administration || System || System Behavior.
3. Set “Company Notes tab shows” field to “Company Notes Only” and save.
