New Feature in GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration – Create Quote with Type ‘Back Order’

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 integration is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. In our GUMU™ integration, we keep on adding new features which are very helpful for your business process and users.
Today in this blog, we will discuss Back Order functionality for quotes. In our newer version of GUMU™ integration, we are coming up with a new feature wherein user can create a quote with type ‘Back Order‘.

New Stuff: Promote Order using GUMU™ Integration if Credit Limit is exceeded

We have added a new field on quote screen name as Type, where the user can select which type of quote they want to create.
If the user has created a quote with type as Backorder then, while adding a line item, the user will have to enter Backorder quantity on the line entry screen for particular quote otherwise cost won’t get calculated for that line item.

E.g. If user has entered quantity as 3 and Backorder quantity as 2 then, the price for that item will get calculated as per the quantity entered in back order quantity.

Once this Quote with Type ‘Back Order’ gets created, a user can convert it into Order and later promote it into Sage 100.
