GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 application is a real time bi-directional integration link. Using GUMU™, a user can promote Sage CRM Company, promote sales order from Sage CRM to Sage 100. In addition to this, all the information for Sage 100 customer flows between Sage CRM – Sage 100 on real time depending on your configured settings option in GUMU™ configuration.
In this blog, we will go through new features which we have added in our latest GUMU™ Integration product which will give the Integration users more functionality and flexibility towards business processes. The new features are listed below-
- Customer’s Credit Limit Exceeds OR Credit On Hold on the fly message on Company Summary screen – In Sage 100, if customer’s Credit Limit get Exceeds OR customer is on Credit Hold then it displays message related to Credit Limit Exceeds OR Credit On Hold on Customer Screen. The same we have displayed directly in Sage CRM on Company Summary screen.
- Credit History tab under Company context – Added new GUMU tab i.e. Credit History which displays information’s like credit limit, A/R Balance, Remaining amount, Customer details, Aging details, etc. of the current customer.
- YTD Sales Detail tab under Company context – Added new GUMU tab i.e. YTD Sales Details which displays product wise sales of current year (Year To Date) as well as of last year (Last Year To Date).
- Key Statistics field on company summary screen – Added fields like Year-To-Date (YTD), Last Year To Date (LYTD) and Last Invoice Date which displays customer sales information of current year as well as of last year under YTD and LYTD fields. It also displays the Last Invoice Date of that customer. The information gets display in Sage CRM only when users Import the customer records using Import Custom Field routine process.
- Find Inventory screen – Added Find Inventory screen so that user can search for the available Sage 100 Inventories based on Warehouse along with Quantity on Hand, Quantity on P/O, Quantity on S/O and product Base Price information. It is real time information which displays data directly from Sage 100.
