Contract Manager allows you to store data regarding contracts like title, supplier contact, duration of contract, value of contract, start date, end date , assigned resource etc.
Key feature of Contract Manager are as follows:
Clauses: A clause directory is maintain which is then use to import clauses while creating new contract. One can add multiple clauses to single contract.
Supplier: A dedicated tab is added against contract entity which shows list of suppliers for a particular contract. User can add, delete and edit supplier details.
Contract Workflow: Contract workflow helps to automate the business process. Rules like “Editing Complete” and “Draft 1 Manager Approve” send an email to respective contract manager and supplier to view contract details. All the communications get filed against particular contract. This workflow can be customized according to business logic.
Documents: Documentmanagement provides flexibility to add number of customized document which can be used for contracts like deal letters, transmittal letters, summaries.
