Synching Salesperson field data on Company Summary Screen

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 ERP integration is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. Thus, users can have a 360-degree view of customer data within both the systems.

Today in this blog, we will discuss how we can sync Salesperson data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM under Company Summary screen using GUMU™ Integration.

New Stuff : Synching Last Sales Order Date using GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration

On Company Summary screen of CRM we have added new field a new field ‘Salesperson’ is added which is being sync on Import Customer and real time from Sage 100 to Sage CRM using GUMU as shown on below screenshot.

As per CRM User mapping functionality on CRM, the account Manager and CRM user will get map according to the Salesperson on Company Screen. Refer both below screenshots.
