When updating any integrated Sage ERP customer data from CRM using GUMU™ integration user may have seen an error message as ‘Company CompanyEntity UpdateRecord jscript error’ Refer the below screenshot.
To solve this error open the Registry Editor screen then under the CRM instance name add new string value as mention in the below screenshot.
Perform IIS reset and now try to update the Sage ERP Customer from CRM it will update the customer successfully in Sage ERP using GUMU™ Integration.
