Today in this blog, we will discuss about the new appearance of our Quick Line Entry screen.
New Stuff : Synching Last Sales Order Date using GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration
We have updated Quick Line Entry screen with new changes so that user can add multiple line items at a time during Quote\Order process in Sage CRM. Once the user click on Quick Line Entry button a window pops up and it will display information related to Product Family, Products, Code, Warehouse, Quantity On Hand and different types of Product Pricing.
To add multiple Line Item just click on add button across that product, the product will get added to line item list. Refer Screenshot shown below.
With the help of this screen user can find below information,
- Can view or find item by filtering the products as per product family.
- Can view particular products Quantity on Hand as per selected Warehouse on real time basis from Sage 100 by using Sync Inv button.
- Can view real time pricing from Sage 100 on click of Sync and Update buttons.
- Can delete the items with the help of Delete button.
- Can change the line item sequence with the help of Up (↑) and Down (↓) arrows.
Once user is done with adding Line items, click on Save & Close button and this will add line items on order line item grid.
