GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 application is optimized on a timely basis with the new enhancements in order to meet up with the customers’ needs. It is a real-time bi-directional integration link, using which a user can view and access his sales data between Sage CRM and Sage 100. In this blog, we will discuss the new enhancement we have implemented in our GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration for the betterment of the product.
Here in our product, we have introduced new features to demonstrate the Sage 100 customer’s sales data incorporated into the Sage 100 data panel.
List of features announced in our new enhancement
- A new field ‘LLYTD’ is added to the Sage 100 Data panel to display prior to last year’s sales data.
- Further ‘% change between YTD and LYTD’ field was included for Sage CRM customers, which is calculated based on YTD and LYTD sales data. Similar to this field, there is another field, ‘% change between LYTD and LLYTD’ which is calculated on the basis of LYTD and LLYTD sales data.
- For the user to have an idea of outstanding invoices against a customer, new fields with the name ‘# Invoices Outstanding’ and ‘Total outstanding’ are incorporated in Sage CRM for customers.
The above field’s data are populated with the help of the Import Custom field Routine or by setting the ImportCustomField batch file in the task scheduler.
By embedding these fields in Sage CRM, the client will have a view of the individual sales data of the Sage 100 customers.
