Overview of Charts Feature in Sage CRM using GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Integration

With the GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage 100 Real-time, Bi-directional integration, you can access customer information and view Sales Summary/History data on real time basis.

Sage CRM Dashboard gives a 360-degree view of the data. Sage CRM Users can view data, Report Charts, and can drill down the particular records from Dashboard itself. Dashboards are easy to manage, edit or customize as per your need. Sage CRM has amazing features to create different types of dashboards as per requirements. We will go through the functionality that we have provided to the client as a part of the customization which deals with displaying Account manager-wise sales data. For that, we have created a new chart on the CRM home page consisting of Account Manager-wise customer sales data. Refer to the below image.

The CRM user can view the Sales Data for different Account Managers in CRM. In addition to this, the slots to show data for days are customizable as per requirement. This chart will provide insights and keep us updated on the Sales data.
