GUMU for Sage CRM – Sage 100 integration is a real-time bi-directional link where we synchronize all the customer data from Sage 100 to Sage CRM and vice versa. Using GUMU integration, we have displayed most of the information directly from Sage 100 in custom tab in Sage CRM.
In this blog, we will go through a View ERP tab that is the Work Ticket tab it displays the Work Ticket-related information from Sage 100 at Customer Level and Global Level, from the Job – mfg. Custom Servers Company module. When we click on the “Work Ticket” tab in the View ERP Data tab, it displays the Work Ticket records against the Customer that sync in real-time from Sage 100. Refer the below Screenshot.
Similarly, we have the Work Ticket tab on the Global Level, where the data gets display based on the with the help of provided filters.
The new features incorporated in the Work Ticket tab are listed below –
- Date Criteria and Parent Item Number and Step Description filter allow the user to select a specific record based on the filter that makes it user-friendly.
- The View detail page provides complete information on the work ticket header data and various grids similar to Sage 100 Work Order Entry.
- The Line Item Grid showcases the Items against the work ticket and their attributes.
- The Global Level Work Ticket tab only shows the records when we apply the filters, which enables us to view specific data according to the custom input.
