Greytrix has decades of experience in migration, for which we even with a dedicated team which offers migration product & services and develop new migration tool as well. Our focus lies in understanding the scope of migration, the design requirements, with hands-on experience in several data migration techniques. Data migration is a key element that you consider before adapting to any new system. It can be a time-consuming process and can be painful at times, that is where our Fixed Cost; No effort migration services come into play and are helpful in terms of quick turnaround and hassle-free system & data updates.
We do provide migration services to migrate data from Sage 50 (US & Canada), QuickBooks, Sage 100 US (Peachtree), and Sage 300 ERP (Global) to Sage Intacct. We provide Migration Services at our Sage Migration Centre where we undertake 1 test and 1 live conversion per client database and provide the client with the converted Sage Intacct data for review. On approval on the test migrated data we schedule live migration.
We convert the below-listed information to Sage Intacct.
- General Ledger: G/L Accounts and transaction history.
- Bank: Bank masters and Open bank Balances (We do not do bank reconciliations)
- Tax: Tax masters.
- Account Receivable: AR Customers and Open receivables.
- Account Payable: AP Vendors and Open Payables.
- Sales: Open sales Orders and Orders with backordered quantities (Not the closed SO’s).
- Purchase: Open Purchase Orders and Orders with backordered quantities (Not the closed PO’s).
- Inventory Control: IC Item masters and Inventory valuation.
Note: We do not consider data from other modules such as Payroll, Job Cost, BOM, etc. as part of the standard migration.
Turnaround time for conversion depends directly on the size of the database and the complexities involved in it. Usually, we estimate the complete conversion takes around 4-5 days. But to be on the safe side, we request client/partners 7-10 days for test conversion and once we get a perfect picture, we can give an exact timeframe required for Live Conversion. Based on which the client/partner can finalize the dates for the migration accordingly.
