Resolve Process Builder error while importing data using GUMU™

This blog is about how GUMU™ Integration Import Routine Logs provides information about an error while importing invalid data from Sage ERP to Salesforce.

Let’s consider an example where a custom “Process Builder” created in Salesforce validates only those Contact created in Salesforce org which has email address appended as “”. Now the GUMU™ Integration Import process does not import the contact successfully due to this Process Builder. A log information is generated in the Import Contact routine by GUMU™ integration for contacts which are not validated by Process Builder as the detailed error is shown as below.

To solve this issue the email address of the Contacts in the ERP system must be rectified to a valid email address with “” at the end and the import routine shall process the data successfully on the next run.
