GUMU™ Features – Saving Customer Details before Promotion to Sage

Our GUMU™ Integration for Salesforce has launched a handy new feature in its new installation. The new upgrade of GUMU enables the user to Save the data that has been entered on the promotion screen for a Customer, in case it needs to be reused after fixing the data error encountered in validation before promotion.

Previously, if an error was encountered while Customer Promotion due to inaccurate data, like incorrect zip code, incompatible country code in the Addresses tab or the one shown below, the user would have had to re-enter all the data that is required for promotion to ERP after rectifying the inaccurate data.

This issue can be easily bypassed by simply clicking on a button provided by our new update.

While promoting an Account, just before clicking on the Promote button, click on the Save button shown below.

This saves the ERP information that is entered in the Promotion pop-up. Therefore, even if the Account is not promoted, the user doesn’t have to type in the data again. The User can just fix the incorrect data and return to this screen and simply click Promote. Thus, saving the user’s time and effort.
