In Sage 100 (US) system, each account has one or more than one Contacts, whereas Salesforce supports multiple contacts. Here, in this blog, we will discuss on how to promote Contacts from Salesforce to Sage 100 ERP. As well as how to update contact records on Real Time basis using GUMU™ Lightning version. Below are the steps that needs to be follow inorder to promote Contact to GUMU™ Sage 100 ERP.
- Firstly, login to Salesforce.
- Secondly, go to App menu and select “GUMU Integration” App.
- Thirdly, click on “Accounts” tab. Select a linked/promoted Account for which you want to promote contact.
- Finally, on the Account layout, you will see the Contact section under related tab and you need to click on “New” button as shown in below image.
- Once the Contact page will open, fill all the required information and Click on “Save” button, which will Save the Contact in Salesforce and promote it to Sage 100 ERP system.
- In addition, you can view the promoted Contact in Sage 100 system as displayed in below image.
- In addition, we can update Contact information from Salesforce to Sage 100 system on Real-Time basis.
- We will update E-mail ID for Promoted Contact in Salesforce and once we will click on “Save” button, it will update the E-mail ID in Sage for particular contact (For more clarification refer the below images).
By following the above steps, you can Promote Contact as well as update Contact records on Real Time basis between two systems.
