In Sage 300 ERP, the Backorder Report is one of the most crucial reports used by Sales and Inventory teams to track pending customer shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment. To make this report more informative and useful for day-to-day business operations, we have enhanced the Excel Backorder Report by adding two important new columns:
1) City
2) Salesperson
These additions improve visibility of pending orders and allow users to easily filter, analyze, and follow up on shipments based on location and responsible sales representative.

This column shows the city of the customer for the respective item. It enables logistics and warehouse teams to quickly categorize pending deliveries by region and prioritize shipping routes efficiently.
Salesperson:
This column displays the salesperson responsible for the order. With this, the sales team can proactively follow up with customers, resolve product availability issues, and speed up order closure.
